We helped improve users satisfaction with the tool by understanding their needs and enhancing the existing features used and developing new ones.
We have also developed interconnections between the ITSM tool and the set of solutions and applications in place, such as incident management, reporting, supervision.
Responsible for the tool migration onto a more recent version, we managed the different stages of qualification, production start (not completed yet) and customisation. We helped BNP to benefit from a tool that entirely suits their needs and help them gain time and reduce costs.
